Little Beginnings Education is a family run early childhood education centre. We care for your children as if they were our own in a home away from home environment. We carefully select our educators to ensure they share our strong family values and will provide a warm and loving environment which helps build confidence and self-esteem necessary for children to learn and develop.
We have low staff turnover which enables your children to develop long term meaningful relationships and always feel secure. We are proud of our diverse and inspiring team of educators, they know every child, regardless of what room they are in, this provides your child with a sense of belonging and security.

Hello, my name is Leanne, and I am the proud owner of Little Beginnings Education.
I am deeply passionate about creating a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
My career began in accounting, credit, and finance, where I gained valuable experience across a range of roles, particularly within the mining sector. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, I chose to pursue a more meaningful path and joined my mum, Vivienne in early childhood education. Together, we share a vision for delivering a high-quality childcare experience to our community.
I am committed to providing comprehensive early childhood education programs tailored to the individual needs of every child. My hands-on approach and dedication to supporting both our children and our staff have helped Little Beginnings Education remain a highly rated and trusted childcare service within our community.

Early Childhood Teacher
Hello, my name is Elena. I graduated with a Master of Early Childhood Teaching fromCurtin University and have joined Little Beginnings Education as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT). This role provides me with a valuable opportunity to develop my professional practice and apply my knowledge to support children’s growth and development.
I believe that every child is a unique and wonderful individual who learns and grows happily through play. Children are capable decision-makers in their own lives, and with timely guidance and support from educators, every child can achieve holistic development. I also value communication as a vital part of education, as it strengthens relationships between children, families, and colleagues and helps us better understand and support one another.
In my role, I am committed to setting personalised goals for each child based on their individual needs and supporting them to achieve these through meaningful activities and play-based learning. I also take school-readiness programs for children preparing for school, particularly in the kindy room and pre-primary, to help them transition confidently and smoothly into school life.
It is an honour to be part of Little Beginnings Education, to work alongside dedicated educators, and to spend each day with such wonderful children. I will continue to grow professionally and strive to provide the best possible learning environment for every child to support a positive and successful future.

My name is Vivian, I joined Little Beginnings Education in August 2019 when Leanne first purchased the service. I completed my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and took the opportunity to work within the management team. This role has allowed me to grow professionally and deepen my involvement in the sector, giving me even more opportunities to demonstrate my passion for early childhood education and my commitment to creating meaningful learning experiences for children.
I strongly believe that early childhood education plays a crucial role in shaping a child’s life and personality. It is our responsibility to provide rich and intentional learning opportunities that allow children to explore, engage, and express their creativity, while ensuring equal opportunities for all learners. Our centre philosophy—learning through play—aligns perfectly with my belief that children learn best when they are actively involved, curious, and immersed in valuable learning experiences.

Assistant Director & Educational Leader
Hello, my name is Hema . I started my journey with Little Beginnings Education in 2020 as an Educator. In the same year, I completed my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and proudly took on the role of Toddler Room Leader. In 2022, I was promoted to Assistant Director and Educational Leader, a role that has allowed me to grow as a leader while continuing to support children, families, and educators every day.
I am passionate about creating warm, inclusive learning environments where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to explore. My philosophy is grounded in the belief that each child is unique and capable, and that meaningful relationships and play-based learning experiences help them thrive.
In my role, I am committed to guiding and supporting educators to create rich, developmentally appropriate programs that respond to each child’s individual strengths, interests, and needs.
Working alongside such a committed and enthusiastic team inspires me every day. It is a privilege to contribute to children’s early learning journey and to help lay the foundation for their future success.

Our childhood education centre program and emergent curriculum is child-centred and based on individual child’s interests, needs and strengths.
Our nursery provides a warm, safe environment with caring and gentle educators who develop nurturing relationships with your baby.
Your child will be supported by our educators through a program of play-based learning activities to help them explore their own interests and strengths.
Our exceptional kindergarten school readiness program provides every opportunity to prepare your child for a positive start to their schooling years. Here our educators strike a balance between child-initiated and teacher-led activities.
